How We Use Information

Public Information

Your display name, username, profile photo, bio, Frequency answers, Feed posts, captions, likes, and public music activity may be visible to other users. Reports, blocks, account credentials, and private account controls are not shown publicly.

Service Providers

Frequency uses service providers for account authentication, data hosting, email delivery, security, and moderation support. Music links may open through Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, or your browser.

Music Links

Frequency does not upload, download, host, or stream copyrighted audio. Users submit direct song links, and Frequency displays metadata from supported music platforms.

Safety and Moderation

We may review content, reports, accounts, and activity to enforce our policies, reduce abuse, protect users, and comply with legal obligations.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from Settings. When an account is deleted, Frequency removes the account record from the authentication system. Some records may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
